ASU Design Parameters Validation 2.0
Ross International has completed the conversion of the entire Mould Design Manuals of one of our customers into our SQL Validation Parameters Database, for all the components of the mould equipment we manufacture.
Since launched in 2018-FEB, ASU Design Parameters Validation has automatically found (38) design anomalies that have been discussed and solved with our customers during the Engineering stage, way before the manufacture begins.
Today, our proprietary ASU Design Parameters Validation 2.0 software not only does now inspect assemblies between components, but also identifies design deviations from standards.
We are adding more customers standards. The system will grow wider and more powerful, allowing us to create more value to our customers, very efficiently and very effectively.

ASU Design Parameters Validation 2.0
Ross International has successfully upgraded and internally rolled out its proprietary software ASU Design Parameters Validation 2.0 enhancing scalability and faster queries to the large ASU Design Database. The app’s scope has been extended, besides validating assemblies between glass mould equipment components, it also validates now customers’ compliance with their own vast design standards; assuring quality at the Engineering stage and enhancing a closer and more meaningful collaboration with our customers Engineering teams.
