So far, ASU (Automatic Specifications Use) is comprised by (847) pieces of copyrighted software that builds our proprietary PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.

Supported by sophisticated parametric design and 3D-Modeling, enhances APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and delivers simultaneously: Product Data, 3D-Models and Drawings.

The Product Data is stored in our ERP, then automatically used to: Design Parameters Validation, Bill of Materials and Material Requirement Planning, CNC programming, CMM programming and digital CDP (Control During Process), CTQ (Critical To Quality) pre-filled forms and SPC reporting for customers.

Based on it, Ross International LTD. developed ASU Design Parameters Validation, a software application that automatically validates the assembly of tens of dimensions and their tolerances between different components of the glass mould equipment, which in the past was a major challenge to assure.
